By creating an account on Nightingale MMO, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules exist to keep the server fair, fun, and sustainable for everyone. Continued use of the server constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Account Ownership & Responsibility
Nightingale MMO retains full ownership of all accounts, characters, and virtual items created within the game. Access to the server is a revocable license, not a right. You are responsible for the security of your account and any actions taken on it.
2. Player Conduct & Rules
To maintain a respectful environment, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment: Bullying, scamming, or treating players/staff with disrespect.
- Inappropriate Language: Offensive, racist, or obscene language in chat or usernames.
- External Promotion: Advertising other servers or discouraging players from Nightingale MMO.
- Staff Interaction: Impersonating staff or failing to comply with staff instructions.
3. Exploits & Third-Party Software
The use of bots, hacks, scripts, or any third-party software to automate gameplay is strictly prohibited. While we provide a built-in AFK Farmer for your convenience, this is the only authorized method for automation within the game. Utilizing any external tools to automate combat, collection, or movement is considered a violation of fair play and will result in a permanent ban with no possibility of appeal.
4. Real Money Transactions (RMT)
Trading Nightingale MMO items, in-game currency, or accounts for real-world money is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban on all involved accounts.
5. Donations & Donation Points
Donations are voluntary and are used solely to support server operations and ongoing development.
Players are compensated for their donation by receiving Donate Points (DP) — a virtual in-game currency used to obtain items and features within Nightingale MMO. DP is not a purchased product and holds no real-world monetary value.
All donations are non-refundable. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will be treated as a violation of these terms and will result in a permanent ban on all associated accounts.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
Nightingale MMO is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any data loss, server downtime, or damages arising from the use of our services. Nightingale MMO is an independent, fan-operated project and is not affiliated with Gala Lab Corp, PlayWorks, or BORA. All original FlyFF assets belong to their respective owners.
